Beth McCleary
Beth has been an executive assistant to the CEO/Chairman at Sybase, Inc, and has also enjoyed past non-profit work coordinating fundraising, events management, budgeting and purchasing. After having twin girls, she started a contracting business supporting small and medium sized local businesses and non profits with fundraising, office systems improvement, writing marketing collateral, running Salesforce campaigns, and supporting outreach efforts to family offices at Lending Club.
Zachary Petry
Zachary recently moved to the Bay Area from Washington, D.C. He is focusing on developing relationships with local community partners who are referring qualified entrepreneurs. Zachary has a background in small business development and with assisting start-ups and is happy to be able to represent an organization that provides essential funding and guidance in those critical first years of an enterprise’s life.
Rebecca Tegan
Rebecca is an Oakland native, received her BA from USC, and is adept at customer service and office management. She knows and supports many local Oakland businesses and looks forward to adding her talents to assisting young business owners. Rebecca will be assisting YBA by providing office management.
