We need you to inspire the young people who take that serious first step of putting their plan into operation and to instill confidence in their own abilities to grow their business successfully. Our Mission at YBA is to provide young people, who otherwise would lack access to capital, with loans and mentors to help them launch and grow successful businesses.  Through this mission we will generate employment and promote the economic health of low and moderate income communities.

Your help can be as simple as telling your stories of getting your business started – the challenges you faced, how you addressed any competition, ways you’ve managed growth, what you’ve done with the financing you’ve received, and why you love what you do. Our young entrepreneurs need your expertise to help guide them through their strategic decisions and to challenge their assumptions when required.  Mentoring can be a learning experience for both you!  And you will have the satisfaction of seeing your gift of service grow into a business supporting families in your community.
